Revive Mynd provides a platform for individuals seeking mental health counseling through telehealth services ("the Service"). By using the Service in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you object to any term or condition, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or alter these terms at any time. Such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. You must review this agreement regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Revive Mynd provides mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy conducted by licensed professionals via secure telehealth platforms.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor. You must reside in a state where we are licensed to provide telehealth services.

You understand that all communications and content shared during therapy sessions are confidential but are the responsibility of the individual. Revive Mynd is not liable for any information shared during these sessions. You may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable, and by using our services, you agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with that content.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, you will not:

• Post content that is harmful to others or violates privacy rights.

• Harass, degrade, or intimidate any individual or group based on protected characteristics.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may establish limits on service use, including the maximum number of sessions and the types of content shared. Revive Mynd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

You agree to pay any applicable fees for the services received. Payments are due at the time of service. All fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if the service is terminated for violation of these terms.

Revive Mynd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. You agree not to attempt to use the Service after such termination.

You agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Revive Mynd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This limitation applies to damages arising from any aspect of your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Revive Mynd harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Revive Mynd is based. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that state.
